Customer worth or Customer value is to know if the customer got the benefits from the services for which they paid. Customer value is the measurement of all the costs and benefits related to the product or service. Customer value examples involve the solution or benefits that the product or service provides not just to the customer but also to the company. There are four types of customer value or customer worth such as functional value, social value, monetary value, and psychological value.

This can be achieved by following a professional attitude, being honest and transparent with the customers, showing empathy, sharing knowledge, and being creative with the customers. Some of the ways of achieving worth in the eyes of the customers are personalizing the interactions of support with the customers, showing priority to customer success, looking for patterns in which the support issues arise, and creating a robust program that shows options to surprise and delight the customers, ensuring that customers have heard and understood the advantages of using the product or service. In simple terms, you can understand customer value with the given formula i.e. Customer Value = Benefits – Cost of product or service.
The more the company undertakes efforts to appreciate customer value, the more there will be customer satisfaction and performance. Customer value leads to better profit and a bigger market share. This creates more loyalty among the customers that will ensure that the business is sustained for a longer period of time.

The decision to enroll in the course came after I received counseling sessions from the university before registering for the course. The university had a support and counseling staff that gave me information about why my decision to enroll in the course would upscale my career.

It gave me the entire process of how my academic journey would be if I enrolled in the course. It also gave me options to understand the elective subjects of the course. I was made to understand how I will operate the course online and in case, I miss the lectures or am unable to complete the assignments on time, I will be given the flexibility to complete the course in a span of more years.
This is the customer value that I received because I was given a chance to clear all my doubts and queries on a timely basis. This helped me to even recommend the course and the university to other friends of mine who were looking for better careers.
