Fear comes naturally when you encounter uncertain and unknown situations. It is a high emotional response that alerts the person about the danger or threat in his life. The danger may be physical or psychological.

For example, when the coronavirus pandemic’s first wave came in India, people were afraid so much that many got panic or anxiety attacks. People were afraid to go out of their homes in the virus situation and those who were going out, were always in a fear zone of contracting the virus. When the vaccines came to India, very few people could get vaccinated, and thus, during the second wave of the pandemic, emotionally vulnerable people were more in a state of shock as they couldn’t get vaccinated and also had to work on their duties.
