Meerut, November 02, 2021 Meerut’s Shubham Agarwal secured AIR 5th rank in National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) with just 6-7 hours of selective and focused study. He has not only made his parents proud but the also the ‘sports city of India’ too. Shubham, who wanted to become a Neurosurgeon and aspired to study in prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi, is possible now with his rank. Shubham attributes today’s success to his biology lecture in Class VIII, where his teacher taught him about the human brain and it’s unique functions, which made homosapiens the most successful and intelligent species on the planet. This lecture changed the life of Shubham and also fascinated him to start reading more about the brain.
Shubham interest in human brain grew along with time which ultimately helped him secure AIR 5th rank and taking him one step closer towards his dream of becoming a Neurosurgeon. He has cracked the NEET UG exam 2021 by securing 715 marks and AIR 5th rank with selective and conceptualised learning.

However, his family is not new to the medical profession. Since his father runs a medical shop while his grandfather is an Ayurvedic doctor. Shubham’s has achieved this milestone through hard work and persistence. For this, he had joined Aakash Institute, Meerut when he was in class X. Though he was also good at maths but he chose physics, chemistry and biology for NEET preparation. Initially Physics was a bit challenging for him but teachers from Aakash come to his rescue by clearing all the concepts.
In his comments about Shubham Agarwal securing an all India rank in NEET, Mr Aakash Chaudhry, Managing Director, Aakash Educational Services Limited, said, “We are very happy about Shubham who can now relish his life’s goal of becoming a neurosurgeon with his NEET score, and it is heartening us at Aakash, that we played an important role in his achievement. We wish him best of luck for his admission in AIIMS Delhi. We are sure that he would make all his teachers proud.”
